DUNAMIS CHILDREN

Dunamis means “Power”

Dunamis or dynamis (Greek δυναμις) is an Ancient Greek word meaning "power" or "force". It is the root of the English words "dynamic", "dynamite", and "dynamo". Dunamis does not refer to explosive power; as if the gospel will blow men rather it means “the miraculous power”

Acts 1:8 “But when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, you will receive power and will tell people about me everywhere--in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."(NLT)

2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Classrooms 

Nursery

(Birth to 23 months)

 We believe in ministering to the needs of every age group, including our smallest members. While parents enjoy the adult services, they can rest assured that their babies are receiving personal care in a safe and nurturing environment. We create a positive church experience that introduces infants to a love for Jesus early on.

Preschool

 

(Ages 2 to 5 years)

We know that preschoolers love to learn, so each preschool classroom will provide interactive learning experiences in a colorful and engaging atmosphere. From illustrated Bible stories to comical puppet skits, preschoolers learn God’s Word in bite-size bits.

Elementary

 

(Age 6 to 4th Grade)

We will provide Bible-based teachings combine with appropriate activities for boys and girls age 6 through 4th grade. A combination of games, fun-filled songs and interesting puppet characters, capture kids’ attention. We also showing them that living for God is the best thing anywhere.

Pre-Youth

(Grades 5 & 6)

We will provide fifth and sixth graders with relevant ministry, volunteer opportunities, and group activities that are specifically suited to their age level and interests. The Word of God comes alive to these students with the help of interactive lessons, drama, media section (bulletins)

*Age-specific classes will eventually coincide with all of our regular weekend and mid-week adult services.
